Optimizing Athlete Training with the Normill ProPanel

The ProPanel has four modes. Which one you use depends on whether you are training, testing, or rehabilitating.
Manual gives direct control of speed and incline, with an emergency stop within reach. Speed moves in 0.1 km/h steps from standstill, which is what makes it usable for low-speed clinical work as well as warm-ups.
Interval runs pre-set work and rest blocks with automatic transitions, so the operator is not adjusting the console mid-effort.
Performance testing is the mode for VO₂max and lactate threshold work: fixed increments, standardised ramps, and session data you can export for analysis.
Time-based sets a duration with automatic warm-up and cool-down, and returns a session summary at the end.
All four hold the same speed and incline tolerances. The mode changes how the machine is driven, not how accurately it runs.
